Privacy Policy

Terms of Confidentiality: All communications between the client and the therapist are held in strict confidence and protected by law unless the client provides specific written permission (release of information).

In rare circumstances, the therapist is legally required to break this confidentially. Exceptions include:

1.    Stated harm to self

2.    Stated harm to others

3.    Suspected child abuse

4.    Suspected elder abuse

5.    Suspected dependent adult abuse
